A systematic and systemic collection and analysis of information about the process and outcomes of a program to make improvements or judgments about the program's quality or value. (Chyung, 2018)
This program evaluation studied a tool implemented by the client in their application process for an exclusive tactical training program executed biannually. The evaluation identified critical dimensions and areas for improvement for their approach to assist in narrowing the selection pool of over 100 eligible candidates to just 4-6 for each class.
The client required data-driven feedback to implement the findings into their process immediately.
A literature review on problem-based learning (PBL) and its use with a real-world client. The paper explores an instructor program that had an issue creating expert instructors of instructors. The research conducted was shared with the client and used to educate their instructors on PBL and how it can be applied to their organization to assist in solving their problem.
An instructional design project for the Idaho Foodbank to develop training materials for employees and volunteers on the proper storage of 100% high-risk allergen products. The project used the Learning and Performance Support (LeaPS) ID model to produce a job aid, performance assessment instrument, and instructor guide for the client.
A formal needs assessment targeting the Air National Guard (ANG) Tactical Air Control Party’s fitness test pass-rate performance gap. Through a systematic process, the project identified and delivered recommendations to address key performance gap causes for client implementation.
