Learning Goals for
Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning
The OPWL Learning Goals are designed and structured to help facilitate and develop students around professional competencies. OPWL staff at Boise State conducts ongoing self-studies to develop competencies students will possess when they have successfully completed the program. The courses within the program are designed to support the competency-based learning goals.
