JANUARY 2021 – TO - PRESENT

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTORS, ILLINOIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD

  • Planned, designed, coordinated, executed, and evaluated five distinct course curriculums for six geographically separated organizations in 5 different states

  • Responsible for 520 US service members’ upgrade and skills proficiency training for high-risk hazardous duty positions worldwide

  • Provided in-depth knowledge, instruction, and practical application of learning theories and instructional design models for over 100 regional instructors

  • Rapidly adapted to dynamic instructional environments to include technologically advanced audio-visual equipment down to whiteboards and markers and taught other instructors how to do the same

 

AUGUST 2018 – TO – JANUARY 2021

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, ILLINOIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD

  • Developed, planned, implemented, and managed the overall long-term success strategy for the company

  • Oversaw and managed day-to-day operations for 82 employees to ensure the successful execution of company objectives and the growth of the organization and its individuals

  • Developed and authored a classified publication for worldwide distribution on tactics, techniques, and procedures for specialized community

  • Led multiple working groups for technology and tactics developments and briefed essential senior USAF leadership
